To maintain a safe gaming environment and ensure the security of our clients accounts, we require documents that prove the identity of our customers. Newly registered customers will receive an e-mail with a link to verify their identity.

The verification of identity is a simple, quick and a mandatory process to keep the account active and enabled to withdraw winnings.

These documents are required throughout the gambling industry.


Why do I have to confirm my identity?

To maintain a safe gaming environment, the law requires you to confirm your identity by providing us a valid identity document as well as proof of residence.

Is the driving license accepted as a valid document?

Yes, the driving license is accepted but only if supported by an additional document issued by a government body certifying the nationality.

When I need to confirm my identity?

You have 7 days from the date of the first deposit to confirm your identity, after this time limit the account will be suspended.

How can I confirm my identity?

As soon as you register your account, you will receive an e-mail at the address entered during registration (check that the e-mail is not in the "spam / junk mail" folder). Click on the link you will find in the e-mail, log in to your account and upload the two necessary documents in the KYC section of the customer menu or send them to the e-mail address: documents@betrebels.com.

What must the identity document be like?

Make sure the file format is one of the following accepted: JPG, PNG, GIF or PDF. The identity document (front and back in color) must have all four sides clearly visible and not cut out (see images). We do not accept blurred, blurry images or images that have been drawn up or modified in any way, with any software. The image must be clear, legible and captured in its entirety so as to avoid being rejected. You can use a smartphone to photograph the document to be sent or a scanner.

If the document is correctly loaded, it will be checked and accepted as soon as possible. However, additional documents may be requested.

As soon as you have uploaded your document, if there are any problems, you will be contacted by e-mail.

If your ID has expired we will not be able to process withdrawals until you submit a new one.

What is a proof of residence (POA)?

Proof of residence is a document that verifies the home address where you live. The address must match the one indicated during registration.

Accepted proofs of residence are for example bills for gas, electricity, landline telephone, Sky, paid at the declared address within the last 3 months (received by post or online where bill/invoice date and address must be clearly visible).
We also accept bank or credit card statement dated within the last 3 months, received by post or e-mail in PDF format, or certificate of residence within the last 6 months.

What format can I upload?

Note: We do not accept mobile bills, envelopes, invoices for online purchases or self-certifications.
